Most of our services are drive-in; no appointment needed. If you schedule an appointment through our website or by phone:

• An appointment request is not confirmed until we confirm it with you
• We will do our best to honor your requested time, but scheduled times are estimates and not guarantees
• We may need to reschedule if a vehicle ahead of you requires additional work
• Please let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel

When you bring your vehicle to us:

• We will inspect and recommend only what we believe your vehicle genuinely needs
• We will explain any additional work before we perform it, and we will not proceed without your approval
• Any estimate we give is based on the condition we can observe at the time; hidden issues discovered during service may change the final cost, and we will inform you before continuing
• You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to have work performed on it
• You are responsible for removing valuables from your vehicle before service; we are not responsible for personal items left inside

Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at our locations. If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back without a valid reason, you remain responsible for the amount owed plus any reasonable costs we incur in collecting it.

We stand behind the workmanship of our technicians. If something we serviced does not perform as it should, bring the vehicle back promptly and we will inspect it.

Parts, oils, filters, batteries, and other products we install carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Those warranties belong to the manufacturer, not to us, and their terms, duration, and limits apply.

Our responsibility does not extend to:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical conditions not caused by our work
• Problems arising from you delaying recommended maintenance
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, racing, off-road use, or modifications
• Work performed by another shop before or after your visit with us
• Consequential losses such as towing costs, rental cars, lost wages, or missed appointments, except where the law requires otherwise

Any warranty claim must be raised with us within a reasonable time after you notice the issue, and we must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before repairs are made elsewhere.

Coupons and promotional offers:

• Must be presented at the time of service
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise
• Apply only at participating locations
• Have no cash value and expire on the date shown
• May be withdrawn or changed at any time

We reserve the right to refuse a coupon that appears altered, duplicated, or expired.

If you provide your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your service, appointment, or vehicle. If you opt in to reminders and promotions, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling us.
